What is walk-in ticket?
Walk-in ticket are the process of purchasing entry tickets at Bangi Wonderland ticketing counter. The walk-in ticket is only available on same date of visit.

What is the operations hour for waterpark?
Waterpark open on every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 11.00am-6.00pm. On Saturday, Sunday, School Holidays, Public Holidays and Adhoc Holidays will be opened at 10.00am-6.00pm. Park close on every Tuesday except during School Holidays, Public Holidays and Adhoc Holidays.

Park CLOSE on every Tuesday except during School Holidays, Public holidays and Adhoc Holidays.
What type of locker and their sizes provided?
Ours are electronic lockers come with SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE and EXTRA LARGE sizes with different rental prices.
How much is the Rental price for Locker?
For small locker is RM15 for rental + RM10 deposit = RM25. Medium locker is RM25 for rental + RM10 deposit = RM35. Large locker RM35 for rental + RM10 deposit = RM45. Extra large will be RM45 for rental + RM10 deposit = RM55.
Will the deposit for Locker rental will be returned?
Yes. Do take care of your own wristband and locker bangle to get back your deposit before 6.00pm. After 6.00pm, the deposit are not refundable.
How much is the Rental price for Tube?
RM20 for rental + RM10 deposit = RM30
Will the deposit for Tube Rental will be returned?
Yes. Do take care of your own wristband and tube. Return the tube before 6.00pm. After 6.00pm, the deposit are not refundable.
Can we pre-booked the cabana?
No.
How much is the Rental price for Cabana?
RM120 rental + RM50 deposit = RM170
Do you have any restaurants inside the park?
Yes, we do have our own café and kiosk counter.
Can we bring our own food into the waterpark?
Outside food are not allowed. Only baby foods, mineral water and certain medical related conditions foods are allowed to enter the park.
Does the ticket prices are including all the games?
Yes, but before playing the games our lifeguard on duty will check your weight and height. For kids, the suitable slides are at the Kids Adventure area.

The price for adult MyKad is RM 35 for weekdays.

Yes, you can buy the tickets for senior citizen and OKU at the website but kindly bring the identity card to the park later on for verification purposes.
