Admission tickets are only for entry to Bangi Wonderland and it include ALL rides and pools in the park (Subject to minimum & maximum height and weight requirements of individual attraction).
Adult rates are from height of 130cm and above.
Child rates are from height between 90cm -130cm.
FREE entry for Child height below 90cm.
Senior Citizens are from age 60 and above.
The tickets are non-refundable if due to rides closure and / or due to inclement weather after the successful purchase of entry tickets. Online tickets (are the process of purchasing entry tickets over the internet through online payment) and walk-in tickets (are the process of purchasing entry tickets at Bangi Wonderland ticketing counter).
Non-exchangeable / valid for others items, discount or promotions once the walk-in tickets have been made successfully.
No cancellation will be accepted and entertained after the confirmation of tickets purchases.
Management reserves the right to change and / or refuse, amend, delete, make changes to the operations hours, closed any rides and attractions, delete or cancel any promotions, restrict the number of visitors at any time without any prior notice to the public.

Locker, tube and cabana rental are NOT available for advance booking. It’s solely based on First Come First Serve basis subject to availability.
Please do not leave your personal belonging unattended. The management will not be responsible for any losses or damages.
Please make sure to return the tube, cabana key and locker before 6.00 pm at all the rental counter.
NO refund for deposit will be entertained if returned after 6.00 pm.
Ensure to wear your wristband all the times for rental purposes. NO refund will be made for any lost of receipt and entry tickets wristband for verification purposes.

Lifeguard’s/ watercrew/ rides attendants must be alert all the time in the pools. (risk management).
Lifeguard’s/ watercrew/ rides attendants enforce all pool rules in a consistent and courtesy manner.
Lifeguard’s/ watercrew/ rides attendants must have skill to handle any situation with courtecy and fairness.
Lifeguard’s/ watercrew/ rides attendants must have skill to respond quickly, intelligent, decisively and inaccordance with established emergency procedures.
Lifeguard’s/ watercrew/ rides attendants do the pool cleaning and maintenance.

Candidate must registers sales on a cash by choosing items in the system and totaling customers purchases.
